What we deliver

India WFH operations, written for operators.

Each service below is how we actually staff, measure, and hand work back to you — not a generic capability list.

Trinitas NextGen Business Solutions runs a 100% work-from-home model from India. We do not operate a floor of seats that you “rent.” We hire, train, and supervise remote agents against a named SLA, then report on that SLA every week. The notes below explain what that looks like in each line of work.

If you already know the line you need, jump to it: Customer support, Finance, HR, IT help desk, Sales, Back office, Data security.

Customer support

Most support failures are not “the agent was rude.” They are unanswered queues, inconsistent tone, and no owner when a case leaves the first line. We staff voice, chat, email, and social on your brand voice, then we measure handle time, first-contact resolution, and quality samples — not vanity occupancy.

Coverage is India-based and can run extended hours. We align shifts to your peak, not to a single office clock. Agents work from approved home setups (wired connection, quiet space, Windows PC). That is slower to hire than “anyone with a headset,” and it is why we gate the assessment before someone joins a live queue.

  • Channel mix you actually use — we do not sell 24/7 voice if your load is email-heavy
  • QA calibration with your team so “good” is the same in week one and week twelve
  • Escalation paths with names, not a shared inbox
  • Weekly reporting: volume, SLA, quality, and the three issues that keep repeating

Finance and accounting

Finance work from home only works if access is tight and the close calendar is sacred. We process AP/AR, reimbursements, payroll support, and month-end packs against a checklist you sign, not against “we will do our best.”

Agents do not get blanket ERP access. We use role-based logins, dual control on payments where you require it, and a named reviewer for exceptions. If a file is late, you hear it before the close, not after.

  • Invoice capture, matching, and vendor queries
  • Collections support with a script and a limit — we do not freelance your credit policy
  • Payroll inputs and reimbursement checks
  • Close assistance: reconciliations, schedules, and a written list of open items

Human resources

HR outsourcing fails when the vendor treats people as tickets. We run recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, and an HR helpdesk with the same discipline as a client queue: response times, case notes, and a weekly ageing report.

For hiring, we can source, screen, and schedule. We do not pretend we know your culture after one call. You keep the offer decision. We keep the pipeline clean so you are not hunting in a messy spreadsheet.

  • Requisition-to-screen support with a defined SLA per stage
  • Joiner kits, document collection, and day-one checklists
  • Policy and benefits questions through a tracked helpdesk
  • Offboarding that actually closes access, not just a farewell mail

IT help desk

A remote IT desk is only useful if the first line can actually close tickets. We staff Tier 1 with a knowledge base you own, then escalate to Tier 2/3 on a clock — not when someone “gets around to it.”

We log every contact. We do not restart the story in chat. Password resets, access requests, laptop issues, and SaaS incidents follow the same wrap-up fields so your internal IT can see what we already tried.

  • Incident and request queues with priority rules you approve
  • Knowledge articles written from real tickets, not from a template dump
  • Major-incident bridge support during your business hours
  • Weekly trend: top five causes, reopen rate, and SLA misses with owners

Sales and lead generation

Outbound work is easy to fake and hard to govern. We do not sell “leads” as a volume dump. We qualify against your ICP, book meetings you will actually take, and keep the CRM honest — no notes like “followed up” with no next step.

Scripts are yours. Discounts are yours. We stop at the line you draw. If a list is dead, we say so in week two instead of burning months of dials.

  • List hygiene and ICP scoring before the first call block
  • Appointment setting with calendar rules (no double books, no ghost slots)
  • Pipeline fields that sales managers can filter without asking us
  • Campaign reporting: connects, meetings held, and reasons for no

Back office operations

Back office is where quiet errors become expensive. We process data, documents, and orders against a written SOP with sample audits. If accuracy drops, we stop the batch and tell you — we do not hide a miss inside a large volume number.

Work is queued, time-stamped, and reworked under a second pair of eyes when the risk is high (payments, PII, regulated fields). Home agents still follow dual-screen and idle-lock rules. “I was on a bad connection” is not an accepted close for a failed batch.

  • Document indexing, data entry, and exception queues
  • Order status updates and workflow hand-offs
  • Quality sampling with a published error taxonomy
  • Simple automation where it removes re-keying — not automation for the slide deck

Data security and protection solutions

Remote delivery without security operations is a hope, not a model. This line is how we run access, endpoints, and incident support for client data — including for teams that are not “IT security” as their day job.

We start with least privilege. Agents get the systems they need, nothing extra, and access is removed the day they leave. Devices are expected to be patched Windows machines on wired networks. We document the control, then we sample it. A policy PDF that nobody checks is not a control.

  • Access reviews and joiner-mover-leaver hygiene
  • Encrypted handling of files and approved tools only
  • Monitoring support and a written incident path (who you call, in what order)
  • Evidence packs for your audits: who had access, when, and to what
