Who we are

Trinitas NextGen Business Solutions Private Limited (“Trinitas”, “we”, “us”) is an India-based work-from-home BPO, recognised as a Startup India company. We operate this website and related hiring, assessment, and client-inquiry tools.

What this notice covers

It applies when you:

• Browse trinitasnxt.in or our public pages
• Send a proposal or contact enquiry
• Register for careers, sit an assessment, or upload a resume
• Book an interview through our scheduler
• Use employee, HR, or admin tools we provide to staff

When we process personal data on behalf of a client as part of an outsourced operation, that client’s instructions and contract govern that processing. This notice still describes our security posture.

What we collect

• Enquiries — name, work email, company, service of interest, and message
• Careers and assessment — account details (name, email, phone, username), captcha challenge, assessment answers, optional voice recordings, resume files, cover notes, and reference IDs. Scores are used internally for recruitment; we do not show individual scores to candidates
• Interview scheduling — name and email passed to Calendly so you can book a 30-minute slot; Calendly may also collect times, device data, and meeting details
• Employee and HR tools — name, generated staff email, applications, tasks, and internal messages
• Technical data — limited session and browser storage needed to run assessments securely (for example to keep you signed in during a test or to resume a paused attempt with an OTP)
• Advertising data — cookies or similar identifiers on public pages if Google AdSense is serving ads (see Advertising below)

We do not ask children to use careers or assessment tools. Do not submit information about anyone under 18 for hiring.

Why we use it

• To reply to enquiries and issue proposals (typically within 48 hours)
• To run recruitment, skills assessment, and interviews fairly
• To operate employee and HR tools for people we hire
• To keep the site reliable and secure
• To measure public-page advertising, where AdSense is enabled

We do not sell personal data. We do not use careers or assessment information for unrelated marketing lists.

Cookies and similar technology

We use essential storage so the site and assessments work: for example session storage for a signed-in candidate or an in-progress test, a short-lived captcha, and OTPs to resume a paused assessment. These are not used to advertise to you.

Public pages load Google Fonts (Outfit) from Google so type displays consistently. Google may receive your IP address as part of that request.

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser. If you block all storage, assessment and login features may not work.

Advertising

Public marketing pages may show ads from Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-8414734060688226). Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. You can manage ad preferences at Google Ads Settings and review Google’s policy at How Google uses information from sites.

Ads are not shown on assessment, admin, HR, or employee portal pages.

Interview scheduling

When you are invited to book an interview, we embed Calendly (calendly.com/balahari13/30min). Name and email may be pre-filled. Calendly is a third-party service; its processing is described in Calendly’s privacy notice. Meeting links and calendar invites are created by that service.

How we protect it

• Need-to-know access — hiring and delivery data is limited to people who need it for that purpose
• Remote-work controls — access rules, careful handling, and documented workflows for home-based teams
• Admin sign-in — assessment results, answer keys, and HR tools require authentication
• Purpose limits — resumes and assessments are used for recruitment and operations, not casual sharing

No method of transmission is perfectly secure. We take practical steps appropriate to a remote BPO. If we become aware of a personal-data incident that requires notice under applicable law, we will follow that law.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to run the services above:

• Hosting — the public site and functions are hosted on infrastructure such as Netlify
• Calendly — interview booking
• Google — AdSense on public pages and font delivery
• Professional advisers or authorities — where we are legally required to disclose

These providers process data to deliver the service we configured. They are not authorised to buy or sell your identity from our use of their tools.

Client work data stays under the client’s instructions. We do not use client customer data to market Trinitas.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose you shared it — for example to finish recruitment review, answer an enquiry, or maintain an active employee account — or longer where law or a legitimate operational need requires it. Paused assessment sessions and OTPs are time-limited. You may ask us to delete data we no longer need to retain.

Your choices

Subject to law and operational needs (for example an assessment already under review), you may ask us to:

• Access or correct personal data we hold about you
• Delete data we no longer need
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Email info@trinitasnxt.in with enough detail for us to find your record. We will respond carefully. If you are in India, you may also have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India where that process applies.

International processing

We are based in India. Hosting, Calendly, and Google may process data on servers outside India. By using the site you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations under each provider’s terms and applicable law.
