We do not sell your personal data. We do not use career or assessment information for unrelated marketing lists.

We protect information the way a long-term partner should:

How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose you shared it for — for example, to complete recruitment review, respond to an inquiry, or maintain an active employee account — or longer where law or a legitimate operational need requires it. Paused assessment sessions and OTPs are time-limited.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete personal data we hold about you, subject to legal or operational requirements (for example, completed assessment records already under review). Email info@trinitasnxt.in with your request and we will respond carefully.
Third parties
We use trusted infrastructure to host the site and process forms (for example hosting and form delivery services). Those providers process data only to deliver the service we configured — not to buy or sell your identity.
