How it works

  1. 1Create account — username, strong password, resume
  2. 2Sign in — receive your reference ID
  3. 3Attempt 1 — ~75 minutes; desktop recommended
  4. 4Recruitment review — scores are not shown to you
  5. 5Next step — Attempt 2, interview, or update by email
  • Use a stable connection and a device with a working microphone
  • Mobile phones are not ideal for typing and voice sections

What happens after Attempt 1?

  1. Your answers are stored for recruitment review. You will not see a final score on screen.
  2. Our team reviews your assessment, resume, and fit for open roles.
  3. If shortlisted or if a second sitting is needed, recruitment may enable Attempt 2 for your email.
  4. We contact you by email/phone only if there is a next step (Attempt 2, interview, or offer path).
  5. No news does not always mean rejection — timelines vary by role and hiring volume.
