Join as an Agent under Trinitas NextGen

Step 1

Register on Arise

Create your account on the official Arise registration site. Use a desktop browser when possible.

• Open register.arise.com
• Use your legal name exactly as on PAN and Aadhaar
• Use an email and mobile number you can access for OTP and updates
• Keep PAN, Aadhaar, and bank details ready

Step 2

Areas of expertise and interest

After registering, complete the profile section for areas of expertise and areas of interest on Arise.

• Choose options that match your skills (e.g. healthcare support, customer care)
• Fill every required field honestly — this helps matching and approval
• Save or continue only after these sections are complete

Step 3

Work for Someone Else

Select Work for someone else / join an existing service partner. Do not create your own service partner business.

• You join as an Agent under Trinitas NextGen Business Solutions
• Partner name: Trinitas NextGen Business Solutions
• Partner ID will be entered after Aadhaar/PAN verification: 1241298

Step 4

Aadhaar & PAN — verify online

After “Work for someone else,” enter your Aadhaar and PAN and complete online verification on Arise.

• Numbers and names must match your physical cards
• Do not skip verification — partner ID comes only after this succeeds

Step 5

Service Partner ID & approval

After Aadhaar and PAN are verified online, enter Service Partner ID 1241298 (Trinitas NextGen Business Solutions).

Then message WhatsApp 9790113193 with your full name, Arise email/mobile, and partner ID. Wait for approval before the next step.

Step 6

After approval — sign NDAs

Once approved, complete both agreements:

• NDA (Arise) — sign on the Arise platform as prompted
• Agent NDA (Trinitas) — sign the Trinitas Agent NDA when shared by hiring

Do not skip either document. Keep confirmation screenshots or emails.

Step 7

Reach Trinitas for finalization

After both NDAs are signed, contact Trinitas for finalization of your onboarding.

• Confirm: Arise registration complete, partner ID joined, NDAs signed
• Wait for hiring to clear you for assessments

Step 8

Trinitas website assessment

After finalization, complete the preliminary skills assessment on this website (Careers → Attempt 1).

• Allow about 75 minutes; quiet place; working microphone
• You may pause; recruitment generates an OTP to resume

Step 9

Arise website assessment

Also complete any assessment required on the Arise website / dashboard for your program.

• Log in to Arise and follow assessment or certification prompts
• Finish both Trinitas and Arise assessments as advised by hiring
